Double Wedding Ring

Here is a quilt that I finished 5 years ago I guess. It was pieced by hand and needle turn applique. This quilt was from Judy Niemeyer’s paper piece pattern — but what the heck why do it the easy way when I could make it much more challenging to do it by! I had fun making it and I took the Best of Show ribbon for it at the County Fair in 2002

WOW! This quilt is AMAZING!

I have been looking everywhere for this pattern and I cannot find anything online. I am unable to get to a store and would love to make the templates myself. Is there any way, you can assist me with this!? This is the first time I have seen this pattern done so well and would love to accomplish such a feat myself.

Please feel free to email me your response. I am just blown away by the detail, time, and love you have put into this quilt!

I’ve made baby quilts and they’ve come out “ok” but I wanted to make the double wedding ring quilt for a friend’s great aunt and have not found anything but the history and books to buy.

Thanks in advance,
Becky
