Dear Jane with the beginnings of triangle border

by Karen on July 22, 2007

in Dear Jane -- or Insanity as I call, quilts

I already started the triangles this past week, it was so addictive I couldn’t seem to stop doing them!  There are 13 pieced triangles on each side and 14 plain triangles in between them, there are also 4 corners each pieced as well.

Karen, I tried to make a comment on your other Dear Jane quilt picture,I do not think it went anywhere, so if you get both I am sorry for the repeats. I said that your quilt is perfect, I have been in love with the pattern for a long time. I just cannot start anything else. I hope I have the power to resist myself. I will see you on Friday . Karen ~ I am a Janiac as well and I LOVE your quilt. A pic of my finished, Dear Jane, Don’t Complain is on my webpage. I am currently working on a DWR and was searching for ideas on how to quilt it. I saw the border that you have added to your DWR and I am now SOLD….I must do this. I am not sure if I have enough background fabric to do it but I am going to find out today. Did you add the border yourself or was this part of a pattern?
Remember, finished is better than perfect…. Patty
