Images from the I90 rest area at Sundance, Wyoming:
Silver Buffalo Berry (see reference) – silver refers to the color of the leaves of the plant
Devil’s Tower images
The camper in this image is ours, after we had set up and extended the slides. Excellent location.
This is the view from the campsite next to ours. We have a small tree across the drive that is slightly in the way of our view.
We see deer every time we go for a walk or go for a drive.
This is from the opposite side of the tower, from the parking lot at the head of one of the park’s trails.
Long before the official time for sundown, we were in the shadow of the tower.
The Devil’s Tower KOA is a very large campground with plenty of room for tenters and RVers. This is the “overflow area.”

Karen I have been checking the computer everyday just to hear from you. I wish I was there, except for rattlesnakes!!! I could not enjoy myself, because I would be looking for them constantly. I got my paddle thimble in the mail the other day I could hardly wait to get it have I tried it no I have not. I have been really busy at work and home. Sarah has a sweet boy friend right now and I had to clean house. We had him over for a cookout and had a really good time. I have been cutting out more card stock hexagons for my flower garden quilt. I said to myself if Karen can do all she does I can finish this quilt. I am hoping that I will get to do something this weekend with just me and David. I had better go for now. Keep in touch. Regina
Karen I have one more comment CHECK THE BED COVERS!!!!!!
What does “Check the bed covers” mean?
o.k. I meant to check covers for rattlesnakes
Regina means to check every where for snakes… she keeps them as pets!! (just kidding)
