A quilt can not be finished without thread — and it comes in all kinds and colors. I have found a site that I have ordered thread from that does not (as of the last time I ordered anyhow) have shipping and handling charges. I find this a very simple way to keep my Gutermann thread cabinet full of the 100 shades of thread that it holds. This company supplies more than just Gutermann however and carries many brands that quilters use.
