First it was a wind storm and tornadoes in our area then 2 unusual heavy snow storms in March and here we go again only this time unusually heavy rain. Over a period of about 30 hours we received 6 1/2 inches of rain. Our ground has been so totally saturated with water between rain and snow falls that we are now experiecing flooding!!
