I finally won something — all these give away’s on blogs — I put in the comment or whatever is requested and never win 
until last week 
I left a comment on Caron Mosey’s blog Michigan Quilts for a give away and I won. I won a little sign to put on my quilting wall with my other signs. She sent me the one on the bottom that says “To stash or not to stash … is there a question?” cute.
Today was one of those days were I really didn’t feel like doing much of anything. It was 
nice outside, I was just lazy. I did clean up one more flower bed and watched my husband do some work in his shop that he is getting organized. Came back in the house with the windows wide open to another great day and got some more of the applique prepped for the Christmas Baltimore Album – only a little left to go! I should finish it up tomorrow as no more work on it today; when I get done here I will work on “Insanity” until it is time for “Medium” to be on TV.
I would be finished with this blog entry but my grandson nudged me on Windows Messenger to play a game and chat for a little bit. Couldn’t say no to that. My grandson Utah is 8 1/2 and we play checkers and tic-tac-toe on the computer and have short conversations now that he can type words. He could do that last year too but was very slow, he is much faster now. Isn’t it nice having the computer for comunication with grandchildren when they don’t live anywhere near you! Here we live in Arkansas and they live in Wisconsin 13 hours away and I sit with the computer and play games with him. I have a web cam also and we have hooked it up for direct communication but last time we tried it a couple days ago it made the computer keep locking up – I would restart and try to set it up and it would crash again. Have no idea why – I am no computer expert.
