3443498182_516d269533I have not been working real hard on quilting the final border of the quilt with 3442724287_e79ee83cf5the miniature double wedding ring in the center of it lately.  It will be coming with me in the motorhome in May and I will work a lot on it then and maybe even get it finished!  Keep your fingers crossed!  This is a photo of  the outside edge borders.  I am outline stitching around all the flowers, leaves and stems and then will do a straight line starting at each patchwork block and straight down to the edge if you know what I mean.

3443542166_ce1c79fd43Here is a picture of the whole quilt if you have forgotten what it looks like.  I 3443539616_f7b4cd5a99have not given this quilt a name yet and need some suggestions – anyone?  I’m not kidding I need some help naming this one. I keep referring to it as “the quilt with the miniature double wedding ring” LOL that’s not a good name!  The flowers look kind of like primroses to me and I was thinking “Evening Primrose” but I don’t know if I like that.  If anyone has an idea for a name please send me a suggestion!

Yesterday I managed to get one more pineapple square done without throwing anything away    :)   I wonder how long it would take to get enough of these made to make something  LOL  right now I think I am averaging  an hour on each one at least!  Why is I can hand piece just fine but when it comes to paper piecing and the sewing machine I tense up and make so many mistakes it isn’t funny :) 3443504114_6048ebc73f1

Here is what I have so far – this measures 6 inches by 18 inches LOL will need a lot more for a quilt of any decent size!
