finally getting on the computer after 5 days off – my connection is horrible of course. I have gotten lots of photo’s and will try to post them over the next couple of days. Marlene I will do a post this weekend on how I get the blocks ready for hand piecing.

Karen do you mark your seams or do you just “eyeball” it? I want to take something with me besides embroidery or applique and this looks like a good project. How do you plan to put them together? blessings, marlene

well thanks everyone, sometimes others views on block makes you look at it differently. Most of what I have are close to solids but I do have some prints mixed in – I will look through what I have and get more of the prints done so I can see the variety.

yes the US is very different in landscape – here it is very short trees mainly and low bluffs over looking sagebrush and cactus.

Hi, I realy like the big printed block. It gives life to the others blocks ) Love the picture from your vacation – I have never been in the US, so it’s nice to see picture of the landscape…Off course I know that US are a big country, and that it’s wery different from place to place……lol…… Have a great vacation !!!
