Awww my favorite place to do hand work, in front of the TV :0) How the heck do you keep your ironing surface so nice and pristine? I finally had to recover mine LOL.

The red and white is so lovely! Everytime I see a new block or 2, I’m just blown away!

I am trying to be good and follow your lead: I’m working on the yo-yo quilt while watching TV Much better than snacking!

yes Yvette all by hand – I do a lot of my piecing that way – the quilting by hand also. I have a sewing machine it just doesn’t get a lot of use!

I actually have two other pressing mats, different sizes but this is the one I use the most.

The red and white is just beautiful. Insanity Revisited is going to be awesome. I love my little pressing mat too. Very handy and practical.

I have the next size larger pressing mat that doesn’t have a cutting board on the back. It is so terribly stained in the 20 years I’ve had it so I’ve considered making a tight pillowcase to pull on it for a cleaner look. I have the little tiny square one with a cutting mat on the back too, great for paper piecing pressing.
