nice to hear that I’m not the only one that destroys June Tailor boards! These little ironing boards are cheaper than a pressing mat and folds flat for storage.

What a treat it was to read and see what you did yesterday – I totally love the little cicles/4-patch blocks! And Julie’s DJ is so impressive.

I have two June Tailor cutting/pressing boards and they are both warped – I think to much heat must penetrate through to the plastic side. Like Joann, I use a fluffy towel as a pressing surface (over my June Tailor board, or regular ironing board) – that eliminates pressing lines showing on the seams.

I’m looking forward to seeing more of Insanity Revisited.

It’s rainy and cold here in Virginia today, which means I’ll HAVE to spend the entire day sewing!!!!!!!!!!

Julie’s DJ is wonderful, isn’t it fun being an enabler? LOL You have influenced me to make a DJ block for my DJ,DT & QD project…besides my fingers are really sore from hand quilting so much :0)

For my mini iron place, I use a plain ol’ TV tray and put two really fluffy bath towels and then fused polyester thick and stiff batting to a piece of fabric. I then just lay that on top of the 2 fluffy towels.
This is easy to put away.
