Your garden is really lovely. What a lovely place to live. Your quilting is gorgeous, what a lot of hand quilting to do. I wonder how long it has taken so far…great going!!

Love your garden! Mowing the lawn is never fun, but fortunate we have just a little piece and most of the time that is my job. I don’t mind though, see it as exercise! lol! The quilt is coming along great.

thanks everyone – the deck is an extension off of the front porch and it the area that we use the most, other than a few short hours of the day most of this area is in light shade to full shade almost year round.

I love your outdoor sitting area. It looks like a place I would spend a lot of time.

The quilting you are doing on the Sugar and Spice almost makes me want to give hand quilting another shot. You make it look so easy and fun.

I love the outdoors and the way you have yours set up! Another bunch of ideas for our new home and new outdoors to do something with!! The quilt is really too cute for words – I have got to get busy doing a baby quilt for a co worker who just found out she is having a girl – so many quilts, so little time!!! I used to love to mow at our last home. We had five flat acres to mow. My children were young, so in the evening when my husband got home, I would get out my cd player (no ipods then) and mow. It was mindless work but a quiet break from two, sometime rowdy, children.

Everything looks peaceful so at your place.
