Glad you're home safely and that you missed those awful storms. Looks like you got some more good stuff...I'm interested to hear what you think of the Infinite Feathers-I've been thinking of getting them.

The baby quilt is looking good!

Karen, that top photo is a stunner, nicely done with the clouds and the grass in motion!
I love your baby quilt, it is just too cute!
I'm trying to talk myself into cleaning up all the pollen... I keep looking around (and sneezing) and wishing I had a maid for the day. LOL

Hi Karen: I just read your blogs for the past week! Whew! what a trip, what an adventure you had. I always love your photos and their cations! You and Mike are so suited. I just can't imagine many husbands/sweeties taking the time to got to Paducah of all places and spend it looking at quilts. I know he probably did other activities, but still, he went.
Your history stories are always so interesting. Loved the pottery! So well preserved. Canada is such a young country compared to the US and I think the areas being quite a bit colder doesn't lend itself such as the southern states.
Thanks for all the photos you posted. I love your baby quilt. My kind of idea of colours. Babies and children love bright colours. Very sweet.
Were you able to take photos in the display areas? I think that there are very few "bargains" at these shows. Not that I'm an expert, but the quilt show I went to sure didn't have any bargains.
Again...thanks for the photos...always awesome and your writings too.

It sounds like you had a great time in Paducah. I'm glad the storms weren't bad. It always took me a few days to recuperate from all of the mental stimulation when I went to that show. The baby quilt is looking good. Really getting any sewing done after those exhausting days is a bonus.

Oh how lovely that baby quilt is!!!!! It really looks wonderful in your photo and once the quilting is finished and the blue lines are washed out, it will really be a stunner! You did a fantastic design job on that. Some wee one is going to have a real keepsake.
