Indian Bead work and other jewelry

One of the visitor centers that we went through yesterday had a nice Indian section.  Thanks again for all the comments – I love that you all like the blog and the photos.  We are searching today for a new telephoto zoom lens for Mike’s camera as well as our other chores.  It accidently got dropped at the edge of the lake yesterday and is ruined. It got water inside of it.   We need it for getting the shots of the animals.  I hope we can find one.

Indian bead work belts – all those tiny beads – wow!

I thought this to be a cool necklace, love the use of shells and beads.

I don’t remember what this is but love the bead work!

More belts, some of these are woven and not bead work.

A close up of the weave work (is that how you say that?)

And more belts.

Today (morning on the 16th) we will get ready to spend part of the day in Jackson like I mentioned in a previous post.  You might wonder why I am on the computer so much :) because of being in an RV the batteries need to be charged up every so often because of using lights ect., so we run the generator once a day for about an hour to charge things up, also a good time to charge our phones and computers.  A very good time to do computer work as outside smells of other RV’s doing the same thing.  In most parks you can run a generator from 8 AM to 8 PM, certain parts of the park are generator free and that is where most of the tents are.

I am of course on the computer because I love blogging and sharing all the photos :)

More on mountain plants

On our hike yesterday I of course took more photos of the plant life.  I love wild flowers and this is the right time of the year for many to be blooming.  Three years ago when we were here we came in early September and there were not many  blooming as it was early fall in the mountains.

Daisy’s by the Teton visitor center.
