Last night I was reading well wishes to mom from the computer – she was absolutely blown away to be getting well wishes from people all over the United States and from as far away as England, Spain, Australia and other countries around the world. She is not very computer literate but as I compared it to pen pals from around the world she understands it. She said to tell everyone thank you for the well wishes and also to tell everyone she is feeling much better and and is amazed at people that don’t know her to send best wishes.

Karen I’ve been away from my computer and have just read about your mom’s surgery so let add my prayers to those of others. Surgery isn’t fun at any age but the older I get the more I know things like that are hard to recover from – our bodies heal but just not as quickly. So having a daughter nearby who can be there to help and lend moral support is truly a gift. I’m so glad you are able to spend this time with her. blessings, marlene
