What are you working on this Wednesday? I will continue to work on the pinwheel quilt. I pulled out some red for the center tiny 4 patches of the log cabin blocks that are needed for this quilt. Yes I hadn’t thought of 4 patches for log cabin blocks but that is what this quilt has. You can see how these blocks are designed from the page here. Someone asked how big are the pinwheel blocks – both of these blocks end up at 8 1/2 inches.
The red I pulled off the shelf – I have 2 fat quarters but I’m pretty sure 1 will be enough – these little blocks of red are only 1 1/2 inches!
