Red and Green

quilts, Red & Green Traditional Applique

What a day – I was so busy yesterday finally got to quilting last night for a couple hours.  We spent most of the day visiting mom so we were busy for hours.  It’s that long drive that does it to the day – 4 and 1/2 hours of travel time really cuts into the day and makes it long and tiring.  Maybe I will get around to doing more today but first I am off to quilt group this morning and then we will see what the day brings.  Moving along slowly but steadily – one day I will get to the half way point Smile

It was probably very nice to be able to hand quilt after the long day. You are making excellent progress.:)

Looking lovely! And won’t it look so much better when the blue marker is all washed off – bet you can’t wait.

that’s right Hilda – it sure helps to have the marks to quilt by but I love to wash it off – just didn’t want to take a chance on the red or green bleeding!

Hi Karen! How are you?. I can see your Red and Green quilt progressing, little by little. I’m slowly back into my routine although still on holidays till next friday. Back to home routines, to blog routines but lazily, no hurry yet jaja. Love!
