Wool is Almost Finished

Postage Stamp Quilt, Quilty 365 – The Final Frontier

About all I have been working on this week is the wool applique border for the Postage Stamp quilt and it is nearing an end – give me another day or so and I will be sewing the borders to the body of the quilt and get to work on other things.

This second to the last cluster is finished!

This last flower cluster was stapled in place yesterday afternoon and work commenced shortly afterward.

And here it was last night half finished – the bottom leaf is where I left off to finish the embellishment and then 3 leafs and 2 flowers left to do!

And a little quilting from Wednesday night.  I am linking to Confessions of a Fabric Addict , Fort Worth Fabric Studio , A Quilting Reader’s Garden and Crazy Mom Quilts.

Thanks Ramona – I think I will have the borders attached by Monday if we do not get too busy doing outside stuff all weekend

thanks Sandra – I didn’t get a chance to start back into the embroidery until this evening – might skip quilting tonight so I can get the wool finished.
