If I get around to it today I have all of the blocks needed now to sew the rows for the Drunkard’s Path – now I just need to get to it!
A little more knitting – I don’t know if I will have enough of this color for a shawl so I might be doing a stripe and alternate balls of yarn with another that I have – I will measure what I get from one ball and go from there.
A little more quilting on the Pineapple Quilt – these photos are all going to look the same as I post these LOL as it is the same block over and over again.
We had visitors in the back yard yesterday morning and for some time we wondered if something happened to the mom as it was just the kids there LOL – and they even laid down to take a nap for awhile – finally about an hour after we first spotted them mom showed up and led the off.

Excellent photos and story of the baby deer yesterday and the mama showing up?
I love that you are almost done with putting the center together on your quilt top drunkards path.
The photos may look the same to you but I enjoy the pineapple quilt pics…
Have a fun day!
Dear Karen,
The mom was napping, kids are hard work. They were hungry and decided To go find something to eat. Imagine the mom’s surprise when she woke up to find the kids gone? Allyour projects are looking great. You can just imagine Groundhog day, until the pineapple quilt is done. Have a fantastic day.
So fun to watch the fawns at play too, ours were running around the yard and spruce trees like crazy a couple days ago, playing tag I guess!
How neat to see those fawns! I’m glad their mother showed up, though. They must be big enough to have a little more independence now. I like seeing the close-ups of your pineapple quilting! It reminds me of all the pretty blues you used in it.
How fun to be able to watch the fawns, but I’m glad the mama showed up too! Those yarn colors are so pretty!
Great visitors in the yard! Love the quilting on the Pineapple quilt.
Fun visitors. We don’t get deer, but have seen lots of bunnies this year. You are moving along with the quilting on the Pineapple blocks.
Awww…, the fawns are so sweet! I’m so glad mom came to retrieve them though.
